British world No.149 Harriet Dart has become a proud representative of Asics tennis apparel, expanding the ever-growing list of new early 2019 season tennis clothing endorsements.

The 22-year-old Dart attracted attention at this week’s Brisbane International by upsetting Caroline Dolehide, Kateryna Kozlova and Andrea Petkovic to qualify for the main draw and then winning her first-round match against Priscilla Hon before falling to eighth seed Anastasija Sevastova in the second round.

Here we can see Dart in Brisbane, wearing the Asics Fall Gel-Cool Athlete Tank and Fall Athlete Skirt.

The young rising star joins the Asics family just as her compatriot Johanna Konta has switched from Asics to Ellesse. Other early 2019 season fashion changes include Laura Siegemund (from Tonic to Fila), Anett Kontaveit (from Adidas to Lacoste), Monica Puig (from Ellesse to Yonex), Kiki Bertens (from Mizuno to Fila), and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova (from Sofibella to Lacoste).

  1. Hey! Adidas just revealed the Melbourne collection and the weird thing is that Wozniacki won’t wear the Stella gear!!

  2. Why arent these clothing giants sponsoring more of an improved player that hasn’t had clothing sponsor before?
Maybe someone like Hsieh Su-Wei or Mirjana Lucic, they can progress deep in grandslams and premier tournaments.
I’ve never heard Dart doing anything progressive before, and to be honest, she doesn’t look like a promising player!
