Photos from the Australian Open: Azarenka & Zhang move on

Victoria Azarenka continues her dominant performance at the 2016 Australian Open as the Belarusian two-time AO champion booked her place in the quarterfinals by beating Barbora Strycova in straight sets on Monday.

Azarenka will meet Angelique Kerber in the final eight for a rematch of the Brisbane final last week, Kerber beat fellow German Annika Beck in straight sets to secure her place in the quarterfinals.

    Methinks Vika could win the AO this year, and I would definitely like to see a Vika-Serena final. Kudos to Zhang Shuai for having the fortitude to keep playing strong against the obviously wounded Keys and win the match. BTW the color pattern that Zhang wore was common among a lot of the women players as well as some of the men. Kusnetsov had that same print shirt in his match against Monfils. There never used to be so many copy cats 10 to 20 years ago!

    I meant to say that both Zhang and Keys had the same print tank and pleated white skirt. I believe Bouchard and Kvitova wore the same out fit as well.
