After weeks of rumors about Ana Ivanovic‘s pregnancy, the tennis star has finally confirmed that she and her husband Bastian Schweinsteiger are expecting a baby.
The 2008 Roland Garros champion shared the news on Twitter by posting the below pic of matching male, female and baby shoes, saying:
A little extension to our family. Couldn’t be more happy!!!
Ana and Basti got married in Venice in July 2016, while speculations about 30-year-old’s baby bump started in late September this year, when German tabloid Bunte posted that the former world No.1 was four months pregnant, meaning that the due date is somewhere in February 2018. Other tabloids revealed that Ana and Basti are expecting a baby boy.
The lovely couple has now finally confirmed the happy news, although they haven’t mentioned the sex of the baby and the due date.
No mention of Serena’s wedding on this blog. I wonder why.

I am so happy for Ana. The moment I saw the pic, I was really jumping for joy! Ana really deserves this happiness after her successful career. I think she’ll play exhibitions maybe after a year after her pregnancy. It seems like she’s a really hands on mom (I can sense it!). I’m excited to see her baby boy.
