The new Adidas Adizero Fall collection has been available for quite some time, I think I saw it already during Wimbledon. Moreover, Sorana Cirstea wore the yellow with silver metallic & midnight indigo separates this month at the Bucharest Open, as well as Daniela Hantuchova at the Istanbul Cup. However, now we have it confirmed that this red version of the Adidas Fall Adizero Dress is what Ana Ivanovic will wear during the US Open Series, which includes the final Grand Slam of the year.

What’s interesting about this group of clothes is that all prints are done by hand and are therefore unique, hence printing imperfections are part of the design. When it comes to the cut, we’re having a standard racerback and scoop neck.

Below you can see what the yellow part of the collection looks like. Those are the separates that I mentioned in the introduction, that Cirstea and Hantuchova sported in Bucharest and Istanbul, respectively: the Adidas Fall Adizero Tank and the yellow skort that goes with it.

The skort also exists in two other colors, maroon and solar red, and besides the tank, it can be paired with a short-sleeve top from the collection.

When it comes to shoes, these new Adidas Adizero Ubersonic yellow ones perfectly match the lighter section of the collection, white the Tennis Warehouse website states that those are new Ivanovic’s shoes, excellent for quick court movement, replacing her Tempaia ones.

  1. I like the colors, especially the ombre effect, but the bottom (skirt) part is pretty bad and maybe should have been left out… Or it would have been better to have the upper ombre effect on the skirt part instead…. On a second tought, the colors and the print remind me of a popsicle….3/5

  2. I love the yellow more than red. Not that it is bad, just red and blue have been too common for Ana and Adidas. I can recall so many red and blue dress from them.

  3. I like the new design. It will surely fit on Ana. I hope she wears the yellow version for the US Open Series events before sporting the red version for the US Open itself.

  4. Ian, thanks a lot for the link. It’s a great source of info! I’ll surely feature all of those in the coming period.
