Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati – WTA Wednesday photos

I hope you enjoyed our Tuesday's photo coverage of the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati. Here's the Wednesday's set of our photographer Omar Boraby – I apologize that we are always a day late, as the processing of hundreds of photos is quite time-consuming.

Here are Omar's favorite shots of the day, including Ana Ivanovic, Christina McHale, Serena Williams and Svetlana Kuznetsova.

  1. Real Talk

Go, Serena! Keep proving the negative talkers wrong time and time again. Yes, you are the greatest female tennis player of all time, and as far as the others, there's no comparison. You're the reigning US Open champion, so do it again, girl. Go get that trophy and that check, including another bonus! NOTE: Looks like Miss Sharapova is losing her recent matches on purpose, when she makes it to the semis and will have to face Serena in the finals (US Open Emirates). Yeah, she knows what's up. She hasn't beaten Serena in 10 years and that's quite embarrassing, to say the least. In addition, the last four slams she won was because Serena was injured or eliminated by some other player, and the other players on the tour can't seem to consistently eliminate Sharapova like Serena can; they keep letting her advance to any final she's ever made it to. "Tonight, steamroll her, Ana Ivanovic. You can do it, girl!"
