Tennis players are no strangers to endorsing sweets, Li Na is the face of Haagen-Dazs icecream, Maria Sharapova has her own candy brand Sugarpova, and now Agnieszka Radwanska is becoming the ambassador of restaurant chain the Cheesecake Factory, known for its generous portions and high calorie counts.
It may seem strange that the American brand, which has 181 US locations and only three outside of the country, chose a Polish player for its promoter. The reason is that Radwanska has for years expressed her love of their products when touring in the United States and now they are just going to pay her for sharing her sincere affection for the food on social media.
Radwanska will wear the Cheesecake Factory logo on her visor at the upcoming BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells and all her future tournaments in the US. Other sponsors of Radwanska include: Lexus, Lotto, Amica, Rado, Babolat, Dayli and Play. (source: Sports Business Daily)
