Maria Kirilenko appears in the April 2013 edition of InStyle Russia, posing in various settings inspired by theater and dance.
The Russian is known for her love of classical music: Vivaldi, Mozart, Bach and Beethoven, while of contemporary names she enjoys Russian cellist and conductor Mstislav Rostropovich. She practiced ballet as a child and although she would still love to dance, for the lack of time, she can only afford to enjoy watching ballet.
The 26-year-old beauty is currently squeezing in the wedding plans in the busy schedules of her and her fiancé Alex Ovechkin. The date is not set yet, but they are talking through what would be the best.
Kirilenko has recently reached the semifinals of Indian Wells, where she lost to eventual champion Maria Sharapova and now she’s in Monterrey, Mexico, where as the third seed she beat Ximena Hermoso 7-5 6-1 in the first round, and will next play WTA debutante, a 19-year-old qualifier Jovana Jaksic of Serbia, who defeated much more experienced Vera Dushevina 4-6 7-6(4) 7-6(2) in her first match on the Tour.
