Sharapova on the cover of Condé Nast Traveller March 2013

Cosmopolitan woman Maria Sharapova will be on the cover of the Russian edition of Condé Nast Traveller for March 2013. The fashionista, as always, wore high-end clothes, from Prabal Gurung to Lanvin. The setting was Java, Indonesia, which Maria described as "a special place full of culture, spiritual experience, and warm people".

Above is Maria's favorite look from the shoot, she said she would wear that type of outfit every day.

My top pick, however, is this Prabal Gurung coctail dress that costs $2,495.

I suppose the photos were taken during Maria's short vacation in Indonesia during the 2012 off-season, in November. Remember her visit to the Moyo Island? (source: The Slice, Sharapova's Facebook)

I received my Conde Nast magazine today and disappointed that the American version didn't have Maria on the cover. After all, Maria is way more American than Russian!!! ;)

Wow Sharapova is so beautiful and sexy. No wonder why she got there ;) Best tennis player as well. Althought she might be a little more quiet while playing ;)

Those are some of the best photos of Maria I've ever seen. The cover is fabulous, but yes, I, too, like the Prabal Gurung dress best of all.

The photo styling is especially good.
