Street Tennis was an innovative way to kick-off the $2,000,000 Rogers Cup. Here's the video of the exhibition match.

The tournament started with a scare for eleventh-seeded Ana Ivanovic, as she advanced to the second round after recovering from a set and a break down against world No.47 Magdalena Rybarikova, to win 2-6 6-3 6-2. Eighth seed Caroline Wozniacki still hasn’t played any matches at the 2009 Rogers Cup, having received a first round bye.

I would love to see Ana and Caro play each other in a real match in the 3rd round. At least Ana won her match today. Got pretty scare there after the 1st set. She never makes it easy on us fans. LOL
