The draw has been released and.. well I don't know what to say.. interesting? Ana Ivanovic and Venus Williams could have an interseting match-up in the fourth round (assuming Ana gets there, she has to beat the likes of Samantha Stosur or Jelena Dokic). Serena Williams could have a possible quarterfinal match against Victoria Azarenka or Maria. Maria has Nadia Petrova in her draw again, this time third round.

im hoping, a final between Serena and Maria

I predict that no one we are mentioning in the comments is going to win the final. Who that is I don't know. How about Dementieva for the title. anywho it will be a good tournement. So let's let the sparks fly!

I agree with everything you said Marija. I don't think you can't look past Venus and Serena as favourites for the title, but something tells me that Venus won't win it this year, I don't know why. I hope Sharapova will go deep into the second week and I think that she has a good chance to do so. I think that Caroline Wozniacki's first GS quarterfinal could come at Wimbledon, and I hope to see Azarenka in the second week aswell. As for Ivanovic and Jankovic, well, that's another story altogether!

Hi marija.. it feels nice to be back here in your amazong blog!! well let's see women tennis is going through hard times the top players are not making worth the status they have.. i think wimbledon could be for any girl that have a good fortnight! venus is the favorite she always does well at wimby so we never can count her out.. serena is favorite we all know that she brings out the best at the big venues.. i think Maria has pretty good chances to get far in this wimbledon i hope she does well, i love her!! the teenage sensation of course wozniacki, azarenka, cirstea they can be a surprise.. i dont wanna count safina out, i'm not a big fan of her but.. i don't know i think she can surprise us.. well anybody who wins the title this year apart from venus and serena will be a surprise haha!!
