Tatiana Golovin to operate a cyst in her left hip
France’s world No.13 Tatiana Golovin won't play tennis for a few weeks as she will operate a 6 cm (2.36 inch) cyst in her left hip on Wednesday. Golovin has been having back pain, and now that her doctors discovered the cyst, she knows where the pain originates from.
Because of the health problem Golovin has withdrawn from both Indian Wells and Miami, and is still not sure whether she’ll be able to defend her Amelia Island title in April. (via Tatiana Golovin Fan Site, there’s also this article in French)
