Serena Williams supports your run with coaching tips and music hits
Nike has made mixes of songs which are accompanied by Serena Williams coaching you while you run. The eight-time Grand Slam champion is sharing some of her custom-made methods in two Nike Sport Music Workouts – Interval Run Workout and Spontaneous Speed Workout.
Both the workouts are custom-made, and they are 30 minutes long. Their aim is to boost your overall fitness, make you stronger, improve your speed and build stamina.
