Photographers found plenty of room to park Amelie Mauresmo’s dressing trailer during a shoot in London on Wednesday.
The 2006 Wimbledon Champion launched a new line of Reebok clothing on top of a multi-storey car park near Wembley Stadium in North London, where she hit balls off to an opponent on an opposite roof made up as another mock-tennis court.
The 27-year-old, who claimed two grand slam titles last year, struggled a lot in 2007. After being sidelined by appendicitis for two months, she injured her thigh in the French Open third round, playing against Czech Lucie Safarova.
Yesterday Mauresmo said that her leg was feeling much better, but she needs a few days to improve her movement.
Despite this injury, world No. 4 said missing Wimbledon had not crossed her mind.
"I'm looking forward to having some more matches, maybe at Eastbourne next week but, if I'm not ready, definitely at Wimbledon.
